MCX CRUDE OIL REPORT

Trump imposing tariffs on China can result in crude oil falling below $60.00 in USA session and after Asian markets close. In most of Asia it will be Saturday when the tariffs come in effect.

TECHNICAL VIEW

Crude oil 20^th May 2019: (previous day close/CMP Rs.4355)

o      Crude oil can rise to 4420 and 4500 as long as it trades over 4290.

o      Sell off will be there if (a) Crude oil does not break 4420 (b) Crude oil falls below 4310.

o      There can be very sharp two way moves.
